In some car seats, the attachment straps to the headrest are not always sewn on firmly enough. As a result, the strap may come loose sooner than intended during use.

This exclusively concerns the stitching of the strap. The car seat itself, the filling, the fabric, and the other components are completely in order.

By simply re-stitching the strap, the car seat is fully usable again. That is why we offer these car seats as an outlet product at a heavily reduced price.
