Are you unhappy with your order? Is something damaged or broken? We're very sorry to hear that, and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy again. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This is the only way we can continue to offer every customer the best prices.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product has a strong odor, is damaged, or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for sale, we may charge a depreciation fee. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is returned properly packaged.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received by us in good condition.
